On 11 August 2026, Utah Public Radio asked if the consumer market had grown faster than the file.
Ryan Helcoski put a physical-medicine doctor on the tape, and Michael Giovanniello said the aisle had moved faster than the evidence.
A $10 mask and a tens-of-thousands booth share a name.
last30days counted 12 Reddit threads and 1,586 points across r/redlighttherapy and r/Biohackers between 18 July and 17 August.
People wanted a glow they could buy on the way home.
Giovanniello called the lamp an adjuvant inside a structured program, and he left the cheap mask on the same shelf as the booth that costs more than a used car, which is the price-spread move this page steals before it walks into the Heidelberg collagen number.
Heidelberg already printed a collagen number on that shelf in 2014.

They sat twice a week. The red window sat near 9 joules.
Wunsch and Matuschka printed the booth in Photomedicine and Laser Surgery, volume 32, issue 2, pages 93 to 100, DOI 10.1089/pho.2013.3616, after a 2012 room that ran from January through June.
The ethics board sat at the Landesärztekammer Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart.

They recruited 144 people. Eight never showed for the first sit, so 136 entered the room.
One hundred thirteen sat under a lamp. Twenty-three sat in the unused booth.
Age ran from 27 to 79.
Old faces sat next to young ones.
The red-light arm held 57 people, 49 of them women, mean age 46.2 with a spread of 9.0, while the broader-band arm held 48 people, 34 of them women, mean age 48.6 with a spread of 9.8, and the unused booth held 23 people, 15 of them women, mean age 44.4 with a spread of 10.2.
They sat twice a week for 30 sits.
The red-light lamps peaked between 611 and 650 nm. The broader lamps ran 570 to 850.
Both doors were normalized to about 9 J/cm2 inside that 611-to-650 window, and the session clocks ran 12, 15, 20, or 25 minutes depending on the unit, because the authors wanted to watch reciprocity inside those limits.
A DermaLab Combo 20 MHz probe printed the collagen intensity score. A Primoslite fringe box printed periorbital roughness.
Three blinded physicians stacked the t0 and t30 photographs and voted the wrinkles on the Modified Fitzpatrick Wrinkle Scale.
The unused booth got no sham lamp, because the authors wrote that a dummy light with no effect most likely does not exist, and group 5 was recruited mainly from employees of JK-International without randomization.

Blinded wrinkle votes put the red-light arm better on 40 of 57, 69 percent, and worse on 10, 17 percent.
The broader-band arm sat better on 36 of 48, 75 percent, and worse on 5, 10 percent.
The unused booth sat better on 1 of 23, 4 percent, and worse on 17, 74 percent.
The authors named a winter-to-summer slide on the unused photographs, because t0 sat in February and t30 sat in June, and solar pigment can fake a worse wrinkle vote when the lamp never turned on, so a June photograph of an unused face is a different file from a June photograph of a treated one.
Extra bands bought no extra collagen
The wider spectrum sat on the same scan.
Skin complexion on the red-light arm moved minus 1.29, spread 1.98. The broader-band arm moved minus 1.72, spread 2.35. Between those two arms p = 0.064.
Skin feeling moved minus 1.01 against minus 1.65, p = 0.167.
The authors wrote that broadband polychromatic PBM showed no advantage over the red-light-only spectrum.
The wider spectrum missed.
A 12-minute vertical cabin and a 25-minute horizontal bed printed the same direction once the 611-to-650 dose sat near 9 joules.
One hundred twenty-eight people finished. Nobody dropped for an adverse event. No severe event printed.
One person covered facial telangiectasia with concealer after the first sits. One 40-year-old knee scar reddened under the broader lamp and healed in a week.
A six-month follow-up on 52 people who stopped at 30 sits still sat better than t0, with collagen plus 5.10, spread 7.56, and roughness minus 0.64, spread 3.53, which is a smaller leftover than t30 and still a leftover.
JK-Holding GmbH in Windhagen funded the room, supplied the lamps, and remunerated the principal investigator, so the unused booth of company staff is part of the file, not a footnote you hide.
